If a bet cannot be processed due to server downtime or network issues, the relevant funds will be refunded. tk45 is not responsible for any bets affected by the user's own connectivity problems during live betting.
A maximum payout limit applies to each bet. This limit may vary by sport and market. Where winnings exceed the set limit, only the capped amount will be paid out.
New members can receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration. Withdrawals will not be available until the wagering requirement for the bonus has been met.
